Once on a five-hour flight I sat across the aisle from a man who complained incessantly that Economy Class was too confining. I would have commiserated, but at the gate I'd seen the man literally stuff his dog into a carrier too small for it. The dog had to crouch and recline for hours without being able to stand or sit.
